A 1-3-sentence statement capturing the scope of the job, its purpose, key tasks and accountabilities.

Then, in point form, list 3-4 achievements that demonstrate your skills and abilities, show how well you performed the job and/or set you apart from the competition. 

(Use action words, quantify whenever possible, state the difference each achievement made or the result it brought to the organization and rank order in descending order of importance.)


COMPUTER SKILLS

List software packages and computer systems that you are competent in.


EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

List institution and degrees, certificates and/or workshops. Include professional affiliations.

(State specialization, where appropriate; if incomplete or in progress, say so.)


INTERESTS

Optional, but list hobbies if you think it will assist in your work search.
