  • Provides a more directed workforce based on career needs
  • Allows organizations to plan future staffing based on employee's career aspirations
  • Assists in retention of key employees

For the Employee

  • Develops a career plan based on strengths, values, development needs and preferred work environments
  • Gains a general understanding of how to advance one's career within an organization
  • Learns key career management skills including networking, resume writing, self marketing and interviewing that allows employees to explore opportunities within their organizations
  • Strengthens commitment to the organization based on career interests

Delivery

  • Three options involving a combination of assessment exercises and one-on-one meetings
    • Option 1: Establish career direction
    • Option 2: Establish career direction and develop action plan
    • Option 3: Establish career direction, develop action plan, execute action plan
