The Birkman

The Birkman is a powerful instrument that utilizes an interactive database (from the over 1.5 million individuals who have completed the Birkman Questionnaire) to generate key behaviour indicators. The MBTI is the most widely used personality inventory in history. It helps participants make better choices and improve work and personal relationships by better understanding their preferences and the preferences of the people they interact with, in certain key areas.
